Julianne Black

 Julianne is newly licensed in real estate and is excited and motivated to start her career with Bel Casa. She graduated from Plymouth State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and later pursued her Masters in Criminal Justice Administration.  Julianne is newly licensed in real estate and is excited and motivated to start her career with Bel Casa. She graduated from Plymouth State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and later pursued her Masters in Criminal Justice Administration. Julianne has experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, insurance, and office management. She is currently a full-time employee with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. Her passion for both criminal justice and real estate has driven her to strive for success in both professions.

 After living in different areas of the country, Julianne came back "home" to New Hampshire to pursue both careers. She has a connection to all parts of the state, having grown up in Northern New Hampshire, studied in Plymouth, and settled in Concord. This gives her an advantage when working with clients. 

 Inspired by her mother's success as a real estate broker, and father’s success as a home inspector, Julianne has witnessed the hard work, dedication, and commitment to numerous clients over the years, giving her a front-row seat to success. 

 When she is not assisting real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with family and her favorite person, her son. Family outings and the love for the outdoors has her and her family traveling, hiking, fishing, biking, and snowboarding.
